The Life Skills “Learning To Live - Learning To Love” program is designed to “re-parent” by giving us what we should have learned in a balanced home from birth to 18-21 years of age. This program helps us grow up enough with truth to be able to change our false believe system, which is dysfunctional and destructive. We identify and diagnose our behaviors by learning where they came from and how our wounds have arrested in development. Once we’re ready to hear the truth and understand how we got to where we are, we can believe that we can learn something new and see reality. Our brain then begins to re-wire to the new information and we begin to grow up. Life Skills is a 24-26 week class/DVD/workbook/small group curriculum provided in a safe environment with trained facilitators to help each individual mature and become who they really are, not who they pretend to be!

  3. The Genesis Process
    The Genesis Process
The Bible tell us that in order to change what we do, we must change who we are. We must change from the inside out. John 3:1-21 states that “You must be born again.” In order to change unhealthy behaviors (sin) we must allow God to change our hearts. Genesis is a two-part program involving one-on-one counseling and change group participation for anyone who is stuck and wants to change their destructive behaviors. This includes, but is not limited to: being critical and judgmental, codependency, drug and alcohol abuse, gambling, food, anxiety, sex addictions, secrets, workaholism, isolation, or any negative behavior or emotion that is used to cope with life’s issues. It is a 6 month class/DVD/workbook/homework oriented curriculum designed to provide understanding and practical tools that bring a new awareness of unconscious relapse patterns, false beliefs/distorted thinking, and the consequences of changing or staying the same. It offers practical help, accountability and support needed to stay in recovery.
